Working conditions

1. Customer's account

• The customer could set the "not exceed {the number} of ad impressions" option for his account. In that case his account activity would be automatically stopped when reaching the threshold (with preliminary notification). The activity would be activated with the beginning of next settling month or by the customer's request.
• Customer's account could be "frozen" by customer's request to Adgine.net support, but at the most for three month on end. Frozen accounts are saved with all settings and statistical data with no charge for frozen period.

2. Ad networks creation and running rules

• Every new Network (it's settings, description and main rules) are pre-moderated by Adgine.net in order to minimize possible competition between network owners.
• Adgine.net does not approve and avoids supporting two competing networks within one market; however we won't take direct actions, unless such course of actions is specified in contract with existing customers. So if you plan on creating a network which is similar or identical in terms of parameters, settings and thematic orientation to existing network, supported by Adgine.net - your request will undergo thorough evaluation and based upon the results you will be proposed to make certain changes to your network parameters etc., or (in extremis) your request will be denied. By following such policy we strive to protect our existing customers from direct competition.
  Example: if one wants to create an advertising network supporting text advertisements in N-region and there is already such network running on basis of Adgine.net, he would be proposed to create banners or richmedia supported network for the region you've chosen
• Network owner is responsible for any activity in managed network(s). Correspondingly, the owner fulfills inner network moderation (of participants, sites, banners, etc.) on his/her own discretion.
